- Two night minimum for advance reservations, three night minimum for holiday weekends.
- Rates are 20% higher for the 3 day periods that include the following Holidays: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
- Daily and weekly rates are subject to sales tax and 5.6% lease fee.

- Monthly rates do not include electrical charges, which are metered for actual usage and billed accordingly, and have minimum lengths of stays. Monthly premium and water front sites are 1st assigned according to a “Wish List” that is offered to our current season guests. For more information please see our office.
- All rates are subject to 5.6% lease fee.
- All Rates are based on two adults per RV Site. Six persons maximum. (See extra person charges.) Occupancy not to exceed six persons.

DEPOSITS: Visa or MasterCard accepted.
Basic Sites: A deposit equivalent to one night’s rate plus a non-refundable reservation fee of $2 is required at the time the reservation is made. For holiday weekend reservations, a deposit equivalent to the daily holiday rate multiplied by the number of nights reserved is required.
Premium and Waterfront Sites: A deposit equivalent to the daily rate multiplied by the number of nights reserved is required at the time the reservation is made.
Note: Holiday period reservations require a deposit equivalent to the daily holiday rate multiplied by the number of nights reserved for all reservations
CANCELLATIONS:
Basic Sites: Your advance deposit will be refunded if Islander RV Resort is notified 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, less the $2.00 reservation fee. Cancellations of holiday period reservations require 7 days notice and a 20% processing fee applies.
Premium and Waterfront Sites: Your advance deposit will be refunded if the Islander RV Resort is notified 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations for holiday period reservations require 7 days notice to receive refund.
VISITORS:
If you are expecting visitors, please let the office know upon your arrival. There are additional charges for visitors. Maximum of 6 persons per site, inclusive of visitors. See Visitor Policy.

Your enjoyment of the pleasant atmosphere associated with resort living is our prime responsibility. Our Resort Policy has been established for your comfort and security and for the convenience of all our guests.
